Congratulations "Why Weight?" Participants!
Living Well would like to extend CONGRATULATIONS to the participants of Nutritionist Donna Ichikawa's WHY WEIGHT? WEDNESDAYS program:After the first week, 7 out of 7 people who participated in the program for improved body composition all lost weight.Total group loss is 23.5 lbs. and 0 lbs. gained!We would also like to personally congratulate participant Jeanne on losing 4.5 lbs. of fat and gaining 0.5 lb. of muscle and increased hydration of 2%!!!
