    Please Note: It is advisable to call your insurance company and verify your benefit coverage for physical therapy.

    Yes, we will submit your claims to insurance for you. We are In-Network with BlueCross & BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and PHCS. We also work with Auto Insurance & Workmans Comp for accident claims.


    Do I need a prescription for therapy?

    Yes, it is required by Medicare and most insurance companies. You can contact your physician and request a prescription. If you prefer, have your physician fax it to us directly at 847-247-9533.


    What kind of treatment do you provide?

    One-on-one personalized treatment for 45 minutes - 1 hr. We evaluate your condition, and develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.


    Do you offer massage?

    Deep tissue moblization is used as a part of treatment when appropriate. It is focused on a specific area of the body as needed.
